Individual development plan
The purpose of IDP is to guide and handhold student-teachers at an early stage to create awareness about different career paths and strengths required to accomplish the best placements. It is an ongoing event on all Wednesdays 'zeroth' hour (3:30 to 4:45pm) as a part of the curriculum. Mentors from the faculty are assigned to students. They interact with the students during this hour in order to mentor and help them shape their IDP and improve their skills. The three immediate focus areas of IDP to empower students for campus placements are:
Sharpening pedagogical and aptitude skills
Enhancing modern classroom technology integration
English language proficiency both written / oral.
Placement Procedure
A streamlined, transparent process designed to match the right talent with the right institution.
Pre-Placement Talk (PPT)
Partner schools visit the campus to present their vision, work culture, and expectations. This helps student-teachers align their career goals.
Resume & Portfolio Screening
Candidates submit their detailed academic portfolios and resumes, which are screened by the recruiters based on their subject requirements.
Teaching Demonstration
Shortlisted candidates conduct a live teaching demonstration before a panel of experts to showcase their pedagogical skills and classroom management.
Personal Interview
A final one-on-one interview with the school management to assess communication skills, values, and cultural fit.
